As Sam Blakeman approaches revealing Megan Walsh’s dark secret, Coronation Street viewers anticipate a devastating goodbye for him.
Viewers have speculated that Sam Blakeman of Coronation Street may be facing a heartbreaking departure.
In 2020, Sam (Jude Riordan) came to the cobbles as Nick Tilsley’s (Ben Price) hidden son. Sam has been in many significant stories during his tenure on the serial opera.
Among these is the tragic death of his mother, Natasha Blakeman (Rachel Leskovac), who was murdered by criminal Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor).
A major new plotline recently started for Sam on the cobbles when he became worried about the relationship between student Will Driscoll (Lucas Hodgson-Wale) and athletics coach Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon).
As viewers are aware, Megan is expecting Will’s child and is grooming him at the age of sixteen. According to the Daily Star, Megan has also started dating colleague educator Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) in an attempt to hide her activities.
Will’s relatives and friends haven’t noticed Megan and Will’s relationship yet. However, Megan became concerned when schoolboy Sam started to have doubts about what was going on between her and Will in recent weeks.
In an effort to get Sam to keep quiet, Megan took a more intimidating stance and told the adolescent to keep quiet. With the use of a hidden camera, Sam will almost have the evidence he needs to reveal what Megan has been doing later this week.
Additionally, Megan actress Beth revealed in a recent interview that her character will “do anything” to keep Sam silent. “She’s been incredibly mean to him because she sees him as weak, and she’s actively manipulating him through his grades,” the actress said, according to Metro. She’s staying cool as a cucumber for the time being.
When asked how far she would go to keep Sam quiet, Beth said, “I think she’ll do anything.” She is the most significant individual in her life, and she will do whatever it takes to win.
Viewers can’t help but worry that this could have a major negative impact on Sam as he gets closer to the truth. One person wrote on a Coronation Street Facebook fan group, anticipating a deadly turn of events: “Why do I have a horrible feeling Megan will try and get rid of Sam?”
Someone else commented: “Kill him? Perhaps it would reveal her true nasty nature. According to a third, “That would be so sad.” “If Sam gets hurt I’m not watching Corrie ever again!” commented another fan. The fifth person said, “I hope Sam doesn’t die.”
