Coronation Street’s Abi Webster looks in for a turbulent time after she’s kicked to the curb on the ITV soap following her actions

Coronation Street spoilers have revealed Abi Webster (Sally Carman-Duttine) could be left homeless in upcoming scenes on the ITV soap after Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) leaves her to fend for herself. In scenes yet to air, Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) finds himself awkwardly sandwiched between Abi and James Bailey (Jason Callender). When his drink is knocked over, Abi goes to clean up the mess, and Carl helps her out. Noticing their intimacy, Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) loses it and spells out to Abi that she needs to cut off her relationship with Carl immediately. After returning to the table, Debbie advises Kevin to recruit a lawyer as she claims Abi cannot be trusted.

Unable to hear their conversation, Abi assumes the worst and sends a message of panic to Carl, warning him that Kevin knows about their affair. However, Abi’s left horrified to realise she sent the text to Kevin by mistake. Carl tries to get hold of Kevin’s phone to delete the incriminating text, but it’s all too late.
Later in the week, Abi lets herself into Number 13, but Kevin makes it crystal clear she’s no longer welcome and demands she give back her set of keys.
Following the crushing blow, Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) finds Abi and advises her to check on Kevin as she’s just seen him throw all of her belongings onto the street.
Will Abi be left without a roof over her head? Does this spell the end for the character’s time on the cobbles?
The walls have been closing in on Abi for months, and it might be best if she leaves Weatherfield to start a fresh start without Carl and Kevin. To make matters more complicated, Carl has been secretly sleeping with James.
Abi actress Sally told The Sun: “I would like to see the Abi of old come out, when she used to blow cars up, put plates of spaghetti over people’s heads, hold guns to people’s heads, and all those kind of things. I’m up for anything, so let’s see.”
“Corrie is full of surprises,” she teased. “Let’s see what happens, anything could happen, but it’s not the obvious, I would say. There will certainly be fireworks.”
